What you can expect

(9:30 am), transfer to the Port , where we will board a boat to begin our journey along the Amazon River. During this approximately 3-hour trip, we will observe the confluence of the Amazon and Nanay Rivers and also enjoy a visit to the Don Pedrito Farm

Reception at the Amazon Queen Lodge.

Lunch

In the afternoon, a short boat ride will take you to the community where the AQL “Timicurillo” is located. Here, you will be able to appreciate the customs of the farmers and their daily subsistence activities.

DAY 02
Breakfast

we begin sailing to visit Neyser Island, where we'll have the opportunity to interact with different species of monkeys. The monkeys are completely free, and that's why they welcome you.

After this visit, we will take a short boat ride to the hamlet of San Juan de Huashalado to visit the rescue centre “El Encanto de Rony”

Return to AQL.

In the afternoon, we will take botanical

To then begin the mystical night (stories, myths and legends of the jungle).

DAY 03
Breakfast.

We prepare to embark on a short adventure along the Yanayacu River. We'll sail to the town of San Juan de Huashalado and cross the dry dock to the Yanayacu River (Black Waters) by canoe. Here, we'll spend a full day exploring this privileged place, offering a variety of birds, free-roaming monkeys, tall trees, and everything nature has to offer. It's also rich in fish, which is why there are many more dolphins. We can swim with the dolphins. Lunch will be served outdoors, at a farmer's house, or on board. We then prepare to return the same way, arriving in AQL at 6

During the return we will appreciate the beautiful Amazonian sunset.

DAY 04
We invite you to wake up at 4:00 am to see the Amazon sunrise and the awakening of the birds (optional).

Breakfast

We then sail down the Amazon River to the community of Sinchicuy, where the Yagua indigenous people live. We'll appreciate their customs, expressed in their dances, songs, and crafts. After this visit, we begin swimming in the longest and most powerful river in the world, and those who wish to experience a healing mud bath can do so on the banks.

Return to the Lodge

After lunch

We will visit the peasant community of San Rafael, where you will be able to appreciate the customs of the peasants and their daily activities. The butterfly farm (MORPHOHUASI) is also located here, where we will be able to observe the entire process of the butterflies, from their eggs and caterpillars until they become adults, and finally, to their release.

Return to AQL.

Dinner.

Overnight.

DAY 05
Breakfast. We then board the boat again and sail downriver to Monkey Island, a place populated by free-roaming monkeys of various species. We will also visit the fruit and medicinal plantation.

Return to AQL. Lunch, and we prepare for our return to the city on a 2-hour cruise. Transfer to the hotel/airport. End of our services.
