A picturesque drive along the Turnagain Arm of the Cook Inlet will offer you breathtaking views while en route to one of the best attractions in southcentral Alaska - the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Centre! Tour down one of the most scenic byways in North America; make a photo stop to take it all in and look out for bald eagles and Dall sheep! This scenic drive will bring you to the wildlife sanctuary where you get to see and learn about the injured and orphaned wild animals in the care of this non-profit wildlife sanctuary. We will guide you through part of the Wildlife Centre, and then leave you some time to walk around on your own. This trip is approximately 1+ hour each way to the wildlife centre with approximately 1.5-2 hours at the centre itself, totaling a 4-hour educational tour with spectacular scenery the whole way!
