Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu. Your guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure recovering from your journey. In the evening there’s a short briefing about the tour. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Kathmandu & Patan Cultural Tour
After breakfast, begin your exploration with Kathmandu Durbar Square — a UNESCO World Heritage Site with ancient palaces, temples and courtyards showcasing Newari architecture. Next visit Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) perched on a hilltop with sweeping views over the valley. Continue to Patan Durbar Square in Lalitpur to admire its exquisite temples, artistic courtyards and rich cultural heritage. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 3: Boudhanath, Pashupatinath & Changu Narayan – Nagarkot
Today you’ll visit some of the valley’s most sacred sites: Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world, followed by Pashupatinath Temple, Nepal’s holiest Hindu shrine on the Bagmati River. Later explore Changu Narayan Temple — the oldest Hindu temple in the valley with ancient stone and wood carvings. In the afternoon drive to Nagarkot — a scenic hill station — for peaceful views and sunset. Overnight in Nagarkot.
Day 4: Bhaktapur Durbar Square & Leisure
After breakfast, tour Bhaktapur Durbar Square, another UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for medieval palaces, temples and the remarkable 55‑Window Palace, Nyatapola Temple, pottery square and traditional crafts. The rest of the day is free to relax, stroll local streets, try Newari cuisine or shop for handicrafts. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 5: Departure from Kathmandu
Enjoy breakfast and a final transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight. If you wish to extend your stay, optional activities like jungle safari, rafting or mountain biking can be arranged.
