You will be welcomed by Nicola and Andrea, father and son, the former an oenologist and agronomist and the latter a sommelier, ready to guide you on a journey through native vines, rural culture, and organic viticulture. The tour begins in the charming Educational Vineyard, a cultural heritage site and living museum of biodiversity, with over 20 varieties of native grapes grown.
You will continue to the laminated wood cellar, where you will discover the techniques used to produce organic wines without added sulfites, combining innovation and respect for tradition. The experience continues at the family farmhouse with a menu featuring local products prepared by Donna Lorenza, served in the dining room dominated by an antique family wine press dating back to 1595.
