Leave the crowds behind and experience a side of Búzios that very few tourists ever get to see.

If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-path activity away from the hustle and bustle of the central beaches, this 3.5 km (2.1 miles) circuit inside the Costa do Sol State Park is the perfect choice. This guided tour takes you through a beautifully preserved, quiet natural setting with restricted access. There is absolutely no rush here: the pace of the tour is fully adaptable to your time and physical fitness, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive experience for your group.

What you will do on this activity:

Pedra do Guardião (Keeper's Stone): We begin our journey at the park entrance, walking along trails surrounded by native vegetation. The main highlight is the Pedra do Guardião, a unique rock formation carved by the wind that resembles a human face. We will take a break at the “crevice”—a natural shelter between the rocks that provides shade and a refreshing breeze, ideal for resting far from the city noise. For your total peace of mind, your guide will direct you step-by-step through the rocky sections, helping you navigate the rocky sections with care.

The Hidden Natural Pools: The highlight of the circuit. Far from mass tourism, these small tide pools form between the rocks during low tide. It is the perfect spot for a calm swim and for taking exclusive photos. Your safety is our top priority: your guide stays close to you when entering the water, pointing out the most protected, calmest spots for you to relax and refresh while safely avoiding sea urchins.

Praia dos Amores (Amores Beach): We conclude our hike at this small beach, which features a quiet strip of sand and natural shade under almond trees. Because it is an isolated and calm spot, its waters frequently attract local fish and sea turtles, making it an excellent environment for snorkelling. At the end, we will take a short walk over the rocks to Ferradurinha Beach—an optional extension, done only if you feel up to it and completely at your own pace.
