Natural wine is a term that's becoming more and more mainstream every day. There's a lot of confusion about what natural wine is, how to know if what you're drinking is considered natural wine, and where to find it. Certainly the definition is not clear but, in order for a wine to enter this category, some basic things should be observed.
1) manual harvesting and sorting,
2) organic or biodynamic cultivation,
3) fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of enzymes or other oenological additives,
4) no technical processing such as stabilization or filtering and most of all without additional sulfites!
