1:00 – 2:00 PM: Exclusive yema rounding workshop, with explanation and practice of the artisanal process, accompanied by a tasting of specialities from the bakery.
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Tasting of 2 Cebreros PDO wines and 2 local cheeses, perfect for rounding off the experience with a gourmet touch.
