The food is made in a wood-fired oven made of lava stones, similar to our ancestors and that gives an unmistakable flavour that can not be found in the local restaurants.

Besides the food, the drink is always present and I give tips of the best wines and we talk above all about what characterises us as islanders in the middle of this immense ocean.
