For travellers staying at a hotel on Washington Avenue or any other nearby street, we will direct you to the nearest pickup point on Collins Avenue for both pickup and drop-off. For City centre Miami, we only offer pickup from the Holiday Inn City centre, located at 340 Biscayne Boulevard. The pickup time from this location is 5:50 a.m.

      If you're staying in City centre Miami, pickup is available only from the Holiday Inn City centre at 340 Biscayne Boulevard at 5:50 a.m. Guests must contact us in advance to confirm their hotel and receive exact pickup instructions.

      Without Hotel Pickup:
