Activity itinerary

Lalbagh Botanical Garden
  • 45m
  • Admission ticket included
You will be met and picked up by our guide at the hotel. We will travel to the spectacular Lalbagh botanical garden. Bangalore's lungs are the 240-acre Lalbagh Botanical Garden, home to more than 1,800 different varieties of plants, trees, and bushes. The world-famous flower exhibition is held at the Lalbagh Botanical Garden, a significant landmark of Bangalore and one of the top locations to visit in Bangalore. It was built by the great Hyder Ali in 1760. The Lalbagh Botanical Garden is not just a haven for horticulturists; it also offers Bangalore residents a break from the city's expanding concrete jungle.
Bull Temple
  • 30m
Bangalore's Nandi Bull temple is devoted to Lord Shiva's chariot, the Nandi Bull. This temple, which located in Basavanagudi, was constructed in the Dravidian style of construction. Bangalore was founded by Kempe Gowda, who oversaw the construction of the Bull temple. This temple is one of the oldest in the city and attracts followers from all over the nation. Within the temple is a massive 4.5 m tall by 6.5 m long idol of the Nandi Bull. One rock is supposed to have been used to sculpt this idol. On the bull's head, there is a tiny iron plate. This plate, according to folklore, stops the bull from developing.
Vidhana Soudha and Attara Kacheri
  • 30m
We go to Vidhan Soudha, one of Bangalore's best-known structures and landmarks. The state government's legislative chambers are located there. The state government's twenty-two departments are housed in the three hundred rooms of Vidhan Soudha. The building is one of Bangalore's most imposing constructions thanks to its height of about 46 m. Since this is an active government building, we can only view it from the outside.
ISKCON Temple Bangalore
  • 1h 30m
  • Admission ticket included
C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada founded the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) in New York City in 1966. Certain classic Hindu writings, including the Bhagavad-gt and the Ramayana Bhagavatam, serve as the foundation for its main principles. ISKCON was established to promote the bhakti yoga method, in which participants (known as bhaktas) devote their thoughts and deeds to appeasing the Absolute Lord, Krishna. Here, on a hill, there is a lovely temple that we shall see.
Bangalore Palace
  • 1h 30m
  • Admission ticket included
We go to the Bangalore Palace, which belonged to the Wodeyar Rulers of Mysore, after lunch. It is a magnificent Tudor-style building. The Palace is fortified with battlements, turrets, and towers. Elegant wood carvings, floral themes, and relief paintings give the interiors a regal appearance. The Bangalore Palace closely resembles the English Windsor Castle thanks to its Edwardian and Victorian-style furniture. The Wodeyar Kings' life and times, as well as their interactions with the British Empire, are richly detailed in the audio tour. We will instead visit the Tipu Sultan's Palace on Mondays since this Palace is closed on those days.
