We visit at the market's busiest time when the market is full of colour and activity. On the walk through you’ll be treated to some of Thailand’s iconic street food. Next is Wat Pho and although The Reclining Buddha is closed to visitors at night, the temple grounds are magical, with beautifully illuminated spires covered in mosaics. Exploring the peaceful temple grounds in the cooler evening air is almost like having a private tour of your own. We pass the Grand Palace to Sanam Luang and cycle again through back streets of Bangkok’s historic old city before we finish at the cycle shop.

Riding after dark in Bangkok is an adventure with much of it down narrow lane-ways and quiet backstreets. There is the odd main road to cross, but this is done together in an organised manner.
