Begin your day with a visit to Harrison’s Cave, one of the island’s incredible highlights. Board an electrically operated tram that takes you through the extensive cavern system while your guide fills you in on its history.
Admire a fantastic gallery of stalactites hanging from the cave’s roof, stalagmites reaching up from the ground, and emerald pools and pillars formed where the stalactites and stalagmites joined over thousands of years. The dramatic lighting will enhance your visit.
Next, make your way to the Welchman Hall Gully for a glimpse of the mischievous Barbados green tail monkeys. Stroll freely while watching the animals at close range and in their natural environment. While sightings cannot be guaranteed, monkeys are seen on most tours.
For the second part of your day, spend the afternoon at Copacabana, where you have lunch and enjoy the flavour of Barbados with local cuisine. After lunch, take a glass-bottom boat trip to swim with the turtles. While wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, turtles are seen on most trips on this snorkelling tour.
The boat is equipped with a bar, bathrooms, and a fun water slide. After your beach time, return to Bridgetown.
