The Batobusses were no where to be found. 6 were parked at near the Musee d'Orsay but no personnel anywhere in sight. We went to all of the meeting/redemption points. we tried the customer service number, we even sent an email. I don't know if they are out of business or on strike but either way I feel ripped off. This was not my first trip to Paris or my first use of the Batobus system. I want my money back since I was unable to use the service you sold me. I have pictures.
