Overview

Guests make chocolate entirely from scratch using single-origin cacao we harvest and process ourselves. This is a true craft-level experience led by the master chocolatier, not a demonstration or tourist activity. Travellers participate in every step (winnowing, refining, tempering, and moulding) to create bars they can genuinely say they made themselves.

Activity itinerary

Guests take part in every step of crafting chocolate from scratch. You’ll begin with roasted cacao from our organic farm, learning to crack, winnow, grind, and refine the beans into chocolate. Your master chocolatier teaches tempering techniques and guides you through moulding and decorating your own chocolate bars. While the bars set, you’ll sample different origins and learn how cacao varieties and roasting affect flavour. Each guest leaves with the chocolate they made.
