In the morning, your driver and guide (if you choose Basic English driver not included guide) will pick you up directly from your hotel. You don’t have to worry about subways, buses or getting lost. Your private car is clean, spacious and air-conditioned, so you can relax right from the start.
Our first stop is Tiananmen Square, one of the largest city squares in the world. As you walk around, your guide will show you the famous Tiananmen Gate Tower, the Monument to the People’s Heroes, the Great Hall of the People and the National Museum. They will explain the history and importance of each place in simple, easy-to-understand English, so you can truly feel the spirit of this special area.
Right next to the square is the Forbidden City, the ancient imperial palace of China. For hundreds of years, 24 emperors lived and ruled here. Your guide will take you through the grand halls, beautiful courtyards and impressive red walls. You will learn about royal life, ancient Chinese architecture and the many historical stories behind this amazing complex. With a private guide, you can walk at your own pace, ask any questions and take great photos without rushing.
For the lunch, we can enjoy delicious Chinese Dumplings in the local restaurant. Dumplings symbolise Reunion, Happiness and Fulfillment. There are various flavours for dumplings, you can choose one what you like, and learn how to use Chinese Chopsticks.
After lunch we heading to the magnificent great wall - Mutianyu Great Wall, It takes 1.5 hours to reach there, when we arrival there we can just avoid the crowded, less tourists in the afternoon so it’s much quieter to visit the great wall in the afternoon,if we are lucky enough , we can see one of the most beautiful sunset in Beijing, yes, the Great Wall sunset, for extra fun and conveniece, optional cable car and chairlift up toboggan rides are also available.
After a great day , we will take you back to your hotel safely.
