What you can expect

  • Our Spree cruise starts where Berlin is at its most beautiful: at the pier by Friedrichsbrücke, right opposite Berlin Cathedral. From here, you'll spend one hour on board MS Bellevue, our own boat, cruising through the historic centre and the government district.

    What makes the tour special is the guide. Instead of a recorded commentary, a real person tells you the stories behind Berlin Cathedral, Museum Island, the Nikolaiviertel, the Reichstag and the Chancellery – live in English and German, with anecdotes, insider knowledge and time for your questions.

    On sunny days, take a seat on the open upper deck. When it's rainy or cold, stay cosy in the heated lounge with large panoramic windows. Drinks and snacks are available at the bar on board. No rush: stay a little longer on board and turn your 1-hour cruise into 1.5 hours with a drink.

    Berlin Boat Tours is a young, locally owned Berlin shipping company. We sail every day except Tuesdays until December 31 and again from March. Dogs are welcome on board.
