Overview

The tour takes you in the travel of time introducing with Riga’s rich historical background.

The tour begins from the oldest part of the Old Town - The Convention Yard. Then we go to The Town Hall Square where the statue of the Knight Roland marks the centre of the city. As the next comes The Dome Square where it’s possible to see how much the street level has changed during centuries. So we are coming to the vibrant Livonian Square where we have to watch up for a cat on the roof, shepherd and a boy reading a book.

The Old Town of Riga has many layers of history but it is contemporary too so is the storey – it connects the old and the modern helping to understand history of Latvia and people who lives here.
