  • Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate ‘pick-up requests from locations not listed’, as this may cause delays and inconvenience for other travellers.
  • No storage available – wheelchairs (collapsible or electric), walkers, and luggage cannot be accommodated.
  • The ferry ride from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay takes approximately 40–45 minutes, and customers will need to make their own transport arrangements from either terminal to their accommodation. Cash will not accept for ferry tickets and you need to have a valid credit card to purchase ferry tickets.
  • Please check the weather forecast. Tours operate rain or shine except road closures by government which hinder access to Blue Mountains/attractions. Cancellations and date changes are permitted as per Viator guidelines.
