Using freshly picked local ingredients, make your own herbal smoothie while learning about Okinawa's Blue Zone lifestyle and traditional wellness culture. 12:30 PM–1:30 PM — Okinawan Cooking Class Join a hands-on cooking class led by an Okinawa Prefecture-certified Ryukyu Culinary Heritage Master. Prepare authentic Okinawan longevity dishes, including Fuchiba Juushii, Nigana Shiraae, and Seasonal Vegetable Champuru, while learning about traditional ingredients and healthy cooking. 1:30 PM–2:00 PM — Meal & Cultural Exchange Enjoy the meal you prepared in a traditional tatami room overlooking a peaceful garden. Share time with your instructor and fellow participants while experiencing Okinawan hospitality, local food culture, and the Blue Zone lifestyle.
