What you can expect
Step into the world of true Belgian chocolate craftsmanship with an exclusive workshop led by certified artisan chocolate makers, officially recognised by the Belgian Federal Government.
In this refined, hands-on experience, you will create your own collection of chocolates, from delicate mendiants to smooth, melt-in-the-mouth truffles and a personalised chocolate bar, elegantly packaged to take home.
Guided by expert chocolatiers, you will explore the remarkable journey of cacao, from tropical plantations to our Brussels workshop. Enjoy rare tastings of raw cacao beans (deeply bitter and intense), fresh cacao pulp (surprisingly fruity and refreshing), and pure cacao mass (rich, bold, and complex), a sensory experience reserved for true chocolate enthusiasts.
We work exclusively with premium, bean-to-bar chocolate crafted from carefully selected, fully traceable cacao. Our sourcing guarantees ethical practices, free from deforestation and child labour, while ensuring fair income for farmers. 30% of the price of your ticket goes to the farmers!
The experience takes place in our elegant, state-of-the-art training centre, designed for comfort and immersion. As the only certified artisan chocolate maker in Brussels offering this level of workshop, we provide a truly distinctive experience.
The workshop is conducted entirely in English (our chocolatiers also speak French and Italian).
Proud partner of Les Clefs d’Or and labelled by Brussels City, we welcome discerning travellers seeking authenticity, quality, and craftsmanship.
An invitation to discover chocolate as it was meant to be.
