In a beautiful old-style mansion in the Almagro area, international dancer Johana Copes and her team of teachers await you to teach you the first steps of Tango dance, try the traditional mate, enjoy a delicious sweet table, and spend an afternoon making friends from all over the world.
Every Saturday afternoon, we invite you to join us for a fun group tango class. After introductions and sharing some mate, we begin with a 1-hour class led by Johana Copes and her staff of internationally renowned dancers. Simply and enjoyably, they will guide you to start dancing the tango, the dance that was born in Buenos Aires and declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. A delicious sweet table awaits you in the Spanish-style patio, along with time to drink mate and chat with your new friends! The afternoon continues with a 2-hour space to practice all the steps learned and share a relaxed moment with tango enthusiasts from all over the world. Once the practice is over, you can return to your hotel to continue practising!
