What you can expect

  • Start your countryside experience with private door-to-door pickup from your hotel or apartment in Buenos Aires in a licensed vehicle with the required insurance coverage. Arrive at the property around 10:00am and enjoy breakfast before your horseback riding experience.

    Important: Location and Experience Details:
    This experience takes place at a rural cottage and stable, with riding in the natural reserve located south of the City of Buenos Aires—not at an Estancia nor in San Antonio de Areco. Please note that this experience differs from our Gaucho Experience and Estancia Tour and does not include a visit to an Estancia.

    This nature-focused horseback riding experience is designed to let you enjoy the ride and the surrounding natural landscape. It takes place 40km from City of Buenos Aires and 150km away from the Estancia and San Antonio de Areco. It does not include a visit to San Antonio de Areco, an Estancia, or the cultural activities offered as part of our Gaucho Experience.

    Choose the option that best fits your day. The 2-hour horseback ride option begins at 11:00am with a guided ride through paths and trails in the woods. After the ride, enjoy a traditional “Asado” Barbecue, along with drinks. Leave the property around 2:00pm and arrive back in Buenos Aires at approximately 3:00pm.

    The full-day option continues after the first 2-hour horseback ride with a traditional Argentine barbecue lunch, dessert, and drinks. At 3:00pm, set out for a second 2-hour horseback ride through the countryside. After returning from the ride, enjoy afternoon tea before your private transfer back to Buenos Aires, arriving at approximately 6:30pm.

    Both options combine horseback riding, traditional countryside food and private return transport, while giving you the choice of a shorter experience or a full day in the Argentine countryside.
