What you can expect

This is the time when the sun sets early in the southern hemisphere. Let's go on a unique walk, right as daylight gives way to the street lamps that light up the main avenues, transforming city centre Buenos Aires into a European-style capital under the stars. Over the course of nearly two hours, we will transition from political sobriety to artistic opulence, feeling how the cool evening air infuses the city with new energy as night takes over the urban landscape.

Over the course of nearly two hours, we will transition from political sobriety to artistic opulence, making numerous stops steeped in history and architecture:

Our walk begins at the civic epicentre, in front of the National Congress. From there, we will step back in time to admire the iconic Confitería del Molino. This Art Nouveau icon was known as “La Tercera Cámara” (The Third Chamber), where politics mingled with tango, literature, and Belle Époque dealings. With its dramatic history and restored splendour, the Confitería del Molino is a living testament to a dreamlike Argentina.

Next, we will stroll along the majestic Avenida de Mayo, the first grand avenue in South America, a melting pot of styles reminiscent of Madrid and Paris.

We will stop in front of the enigmatic Palacio Barolo, an architectural gem that is, in fact, a monument to literature: its design is entirely inspired by the work of Dante Alighieri.

The tour culminates on the city's main thoroughfare, the vast Avenida 9 de Julio. Here, the modern pulse of Buenos Aires beats strongly. As night falls, we will arrive at the iconic Obelisk, a perfect spot to capture the essence of the city.

We will end our tour at the most glamorous spot: Teatro Colón, one of the five best opera houses in the world, will be waiting for us, illuminated at night, revealing its imposing and majestic façade.
