The boat excursion from Cala Gonone with Zio Franco and his Samatos is, to all intents and purposes, one of the best experiences for those seeking a boat trip in the Gulf of Orosei. Zio Franco's great experience at sea combined with the comfort of the motor yacht will give you an indelible day of your holiday in Sardinia dedicated to discovery and fun.
Every day Samatos leaves the port of Cala Gonone at 10.30 a.m. to visit all the most beautiful beaches and caves on the coast of the Gulf of Orosei.
Upon reaching the world-famous Cala Luna beach, the captain will drop anchor and guests will be able to take their first swim from the boat, then continue sailing towards a surprise pearl of the gulf.
This will be followed by a visit to the beautiful Grotta dei Cormorani (Cormorant Cave) and the beach of Cala Sisine. A few miles further on, at the captain's discretion, the boat will stop for about an hour at the suggestive cove of scala di Ferro or the beach of Cala Biriola.
Once back on board, you will head for Cala dei Gabbiani, not before enjoying a nice swim from the boat in the crystal-clear blue waters of Piscine di Venere.
Arriving at the Gabbiani beach, guests will disembark for the longest leg of the day where they can have their lunch, rest and enjoy the location.
It will not be possible to stay on board during the stopovers when the boat is scheduled to go ashore due to organisational needs of the crew.
In the afternoon, navigation will be resumed to reach the beautiful Cala Goloritzè where you can admire the spectacular natural arch and take a swim.
The last stop of the day will be the suggestive beach of Cala Mariolu, and after about an hour, we will embark again to embark on the return voyage to port, scheduled for 18.00 hours.

• For the 10.30 a.m. start CHECK IN MUST BE DONE NO LATER THAN 10.00 a.m., IN CASE OF DELAY A REFUND WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE

Parking possibilities:
-From April to May, September and October there are all-day parking spaces for 6 euros within the village. (church, port or in front of the post office)

-From 1 June to 15 September: at the entrance to the village, at the roundabout where the restaurant la poltrona is, there is a parking (to pay), a small train or shuttle bus arrives there every 10 to 15 minutes (free). They get off at the port and from there it is a 1-minute walk to the meeting point at Viale Colombo 10 (gadget shop). Check in must be done exclusively in Viale Colombo 10.
