Start: Approximately 18-km coastal loop with 400 m elevation gain, on dirt roads in the Puntone di Scarlino / Bandite di Scarlino area; smooth route with short, steeper sections, ideal for e-MTB riders.

Nature and views: You enter the Bandite di Scarlino Nature Reserve, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation (cork oaks, strawberry trees) and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Follonica.

Beaches and stops: You will reach Cala Violina and Cala Civette, where you can take a break and go for a swim; along the route, there are seasonal kiosks offering water and soft drinks. During the summer (June 1 – September 30), Cala Violina may require reservations or have limited access.

Useful information: This is a tour to be enjoyed at a steady pace, ideal for a leisurely half-day outing. On the quieter, less serviced sections, it's a good idea to set off with water, a snack, and a charged phone to enjoy the ride with complete peace of mind.
