What you can expect

wake up early 6:30 am, depending on the time of year we go to pick produce, Lavender, wild fruits; pass through the garden for fresh produce.
at about 8:30 am old-fashioned breakfast with choice of fruit and pastries or savoury
at 9:30 am in the kitchen, we make handmade pasta, sauce and all lunch together with the meticulous Nicoletta owner of the farm and preserver of culinary traditions.
1:30 p.m. lunch
4 p.m. walk through the olive groves and countryside of an unexplored and contamination-free territory, relaxing
19:30 aperitif followed by dinner
