Your tour guide will take you in places where you can converse with town folk and sample traditional delicacies such as fresh tomatoes, olives, traditional Cretan cheese with honey, Cretan salad, “sigklino”, “dolmades”, “pastitsio”, “ntakos”, “mizithra” and the local spirit, “tsikouthia”.
