When visiting Chichen Itza you will always be in the company of the certified guide and visit the most important monuments such as El Castillo, the Mayan ball game, the venus platform, the Tzompantli, sacred cenote and snail observatory among others.
All vans feature an icebox so you can have your drinks fresh during the tour.
The tour takes place in both languages (in Spanish and English).

Know before you book

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Not recommended for pregnant travellers
  • Travellers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Arrive on time at the selected meeting point (Maximum 10 minute wait)
  • Dress in comfortable clothes for walking (fresh clothes, light colours and comfortable shoes)
  • Bring a swimming costume and towel separately, in the cenote there are bathrooms and showers
  • Wear a cap or hat and sunglasses.
  • Bring official identification if you are Mexican
  • In the van you take a fridge with ice to store the drinks you carry
  • Have a good breakfast before leaving on the tour
  • Tickets to Chichen Itza can be paid in cash or by card (additional charge of 3%)
  • Not recommended for travellers who have trouble walking or use cane
