After the market, travel by local transport or tuk-tuk to our cosy Uncle & Aunty House cooking studio, where you’ll be welcomed with smiles and herbal tea. Before cooking begins, learn to make coconut milk and curry paste from scratch, using traditional Thai tools like the mortar and pestle.

In a small group of no more than six participants, you’ll prepare four to five classic Thai dishes together — typically including a curry, a stir-fry, a soup or salad, and a dessert.
