Come and join us for a grounding, conscious and deeply connecting day in nature at Chopwell Woods, often known as the “Cathedral of the Woods.”
Woodland Reset is a calm, nature-led day to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
We gather among the towering trees of Chopwell, walking gently through the woodland, breathing the forest air, regulating the nervous system and settling together around the fire. It is simple on purpose. Less noise, more presence.
You leave feeling clearer, steadier and a little more like yourself again.
What the day includes
Evergreen woodland walk and nature connection through Chopwell Woods
Warming breathwork and mindful nervous system regulation
Gentle movement and deep rest among the trees
Restorative sound bath and guided meditation
✨ Intentional pause for reflection and integration
Fire ceremony for release and renewal
Nourishing hot soup or warm drinks by the fire
Community connection and shared space
Good to bring
Warm layers, waterproofs, hat and gloves
Sturdy outdoor footwear
A blanket or something comfortable to sit on
A flask or water bottle
A small evergreen sprig or written intention to offer to the fire
A journal if you enjoy reflecting
All levels are welcome.
There is clear guidance throughout the day, every practice is fully optional, and there is always space to move at your own pace. We adapt to the land and the weather so you can settle in, slow down and truly reset.
