I'll welcome you to the wine space, where we'll start tasting our wines, most of which are certified organic. We'll enjoy an explanatory video on how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). I'll then take you on a tour of the family winery, which dates back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels we still use to vinify our wines. We have a scenographic area in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected onto the barrels - the only one of its kind in France. It's a film about my rather rich personal history, and my work philosophy. It's all projected in the cellar, on hundred-year-old oak barrels (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the audience to be totally immersed in my storey. We end the tasting in the wine-boutique area with a slice of kougelhopf (a typical Alsatian cake). A guide is on hand throughout the tour to answer any questions you may have.
