Know before you book

  • Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour
  • Our London buses have full wheelchair access
  • First departure from Stop 1 at 8:45am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 6:35pm. Frequency of the buses: every 20 minutes until 3:30pm, then every 30 minutes until 6:35pm
  • Stop 1 Belvedere Road is currently closed. The nearest pick-up point for Stop 1 is York Road - public stop outside the M&S store
  • Planned London Tube Strikes (Tuesday 21st April - Friday 24th April): Increased traffic congestion and potential delays are expected across our routes, caused by reduced availability of public transport
  • Saturday 25th April: Whitehall will be closed between 8am and 12pm. Stops 24 and 25 will be affected. Customers are advised to speak with our uniformed staff on the ground to locate the nearest available pick-up point
  • Sunday 26th April (London Marathon - Service Suspension): Due to extensive road closures related to the London Marathon, our services will be fully suspended on this day
