Overview

  • You will discover the true Italian cuisine as it has been handed down, both that of my region and other Italian regions. You will learn how to use the right ingredients, appreciate their absolute quality, and also use special tools. A vegetarian menu is also available on request.
    I will explain in detail how to prepare the recipes of the menu, and I will deliver a printed version, so with the technique you have acquired you can replicate the dishes of Italian cuisine at home.
    You'll have fun learning how to prepare dishes and getting your hands dirty, and eventually we'll enjoy everything at the table, where you'll be sitting with me and my family.

Activity itinerary

With this experience you will learn to make fresh pasta completely by hand, using only the rolling pin. The course involves making the dough starting from the classic fountain on the wooden board with which to make the rolled-out dough with the rolling pin. From this, the classic knife-cut tagliatelle and ricotta and spinach ravioli will be obtained, another classic of grandmother's cooking. Once the pasta is ready, all that remains is to taste it with my toppings, chosen according to the season and my imagination. I will also teach you how to prepare the famous Tiramisu, the most famous Italian dessert made with coffee, ladyfingers, and mascarpone cream. The cooking course also includes a welcome aperitif, a great bottle of wine for every 2 people, unlimited water, and coffee.
