Overview

Learning at least a few words in Spanish and a few dance steps is a must if you are in Colombia. If you want to immerse yourself in the culture, meet people and have fun, dancing is a great way to do it as most Colombians love to dance and party.

Our class is designed so that people who have no idea of dance or music can learn and have a great time. We will make it a challenging but fun class, we will share our secrets, experience and exercises with you so that you can enjoy this as much as we do. Euforia has been teaching foreigners to dance for 10 years, so don't worry, you're in good hands.

Activity itinerary

Dancing is a tradition for Colombians so learning to dance is an excellent way to get to know our culture. Basically we are going to prepare you to go out to party in Medellín, so that when you go out you dance with confidence. In this 2 hour class we will explore some Latin rhythms and learn how to tell them apart (because not everything is salsa). We will teach you the basic steps and the secrets so that you look great and dance "with flavour" as we say here. It will be a very fun and perhaps challenging class that will surely make you fall in love with our music. Best of all, you don't need a partner, or experience, or TALENT. Just eager to learn and have fun.
