Coffee Experience
It is not an “one-hour-tour”.
It is a full day of experiences, where you'll get involved and participate in 100% artisanal coffee processes.
You will be welcomed by a local family in their home, who will lead you on a journey of learning about sustainable and traditional production of coffee.

Panela Experience
Panela is a type of raw sugar made from the juice of sugarcane, and is traditionally produced and consumed in Latin America as a healthier alternative to conventional sugar.
In this experience you'll be able to make organic panela with your own hands in an artisanal way. You will participate in the whole process: from the cutting of the cane, its adaptation for grinding in the mill, extraction of the juice, cooking and purification with natural fodder, to finally obtaining the honey and/or panela.

Apiculture Experience
During this experience you will learn about bees, their habitat, how they produce honey, the importance of their work, the benefits that this small but great friend brings to theenvironment as well as to humans, and how we can bemore aware about this subject.

Organic Farming Experience
In this farm, organic products are obtained from livestock in a responsible way. Through this experience you will witness how they produce it without genetic engineering, ionizing radiation or sewage sludge.
Everything is managed in such a way that natural resources and biodiversity are preserved.

Day 2
Leaving to coffee farm

• Morning of coffee apprenticeship
• Lunch with Local Family a r o u n d 1 3 : 0 0
• A t 1 4 : 0 0 continue the whole coffee process -100% organic processed in artesanal way ( and ready to take home )
• Back to the town around 1 8:00 19:00

Day 3

• Breakfast 8:00 am
• Walk to t h e Trapiche to learn the whole process of making 100% organic Colombian Panela in a artisanal way
• Back to the town at 1 5:00
• Lunch
• Return home to rest
• Thanks dinner
