Activity itinerary

To begin, we will all introduce ourselves while drinking a traditional hot chocolate from my beautiful state. After drinking the chocolate we will start with a small breakfast accompanied by sauces and tortillas that you will make yourself. We will cook 2 different moles traditional Oaxaca, you will be surprised with the most delicious flavours. I will explain the history of the dishes we will make and why they are so important in gastronomy. We will teach you how to make a cocktail with the mezcal and you can have free access to the small bar so you can make more drinks. We will all cook and share stories and the beautiful traditions of Oaxaca as we eat what we prepare.
