Guests will be introduced to the methods of producing the local spirit of raki, the honey etc. Our Local cook will teach them how to prepare the local bread baked in the wood oven and taste as it is coming out of the oven. The ones wishing to be thought cooking they will participate to prepare lunch under the supervision of our cook, meal and wine is offered while our Shepheard produces the cheese from the milk collected earlier called kefalotiri and mizithra.
