What you can expect

Join us for a delightful hands-on cooking experience at Giay's Local House in Ta Van village, Sapa. We’ll begin the workshop with a short walk to the local market where you’ll explore vibrant stalls and shop for the freshest ingredients, just like a local.

After returning to our cosy kitchen, you’ll learn step-by-step how to prepare two authentic Vietnamese vegetarian dishes: crispy spring rolls and savoury tofu in tomato sauce. Under the guidance of our friendly local host, you’ll get involved in every part of the process – from chopping herbs to rolling the perfect nem.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labour over a warm and hearty dinner, with stories shared and cultural insights along the way.
