    MAR da Serra – Move • Air • Restore combines a walking route from Praça do Município to the Portas do Sol viewpoint, where the focus is on well-being: gentle movement, mindful breathing, and contemplation of the details of street art and the natural surroundings.

    Along the way, the guide invites participants to awaken their bodies and breathe in the mountain air mindfully. You don't need sportswear, and each person participates at their own pace, according to their comfort, or can simply contemplate the scenery and take photographs.

    More than just “visiting” the mountain town, this activity invites you to feel it: move gently, breathe mindfully, and take away a sense of serenity and renewal. The tour ends at the same point where it began.
