What you can expect

  • Visit the luthier’s workshop and discover the charm of Cremonese violin making: the Cremonese classical method, inspired by the three master luthier’s models: Amati, Guarneri and Stradivari’s, will be revealed. Inside the workshops, you will discover the secrets of this ancient art, full of expertise and passion for the music and violin making tradition: the scent of natural paints, the woods exposed for the ten-year seasoning, the large and small tools of the craftsman (the gouges, the planes, the razors etc.), the designs and the “internal forms” peculiar to the Cremonese tradition.
    With the visit inside a luthier’s workshop the Welcome Card is included! The tourist card offers discounts in museums, restaurants and shops in Cremona and It lasts one year.
