Prepare fresh ingredients, knead dough for traditional kalitsounia, and help cook main dishes such as lamb, chicken, or seasonal vegetables in a wood-fired oven. Take a short break with local starters and a taste of traditional Cretan raki. Visit the family garden to pick fresh produce for a classic village salad. Fry potatoes over an open fire and prepare sides like tzatziki and skordalia. Finally, enjoy your creations at a communal table with local wine. End with homemade Cretan sweets and local raki (tsikoudia) for a truly unforgettable experience.
