- If you have booked the option, which includes transport, please note that the time shown on the website or on your ticket is the departure time of the cruise and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pickup location (meeting point) and pickup time.
- If you have booked the option that includes transport, please confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and time by emailing internal-tours@robertarrigo.com a few days before your activity. Be sure to include your booking reference number in the email.
- The boat departs from the Marfa Jetty (opposite the Riviera Spa Resort). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a white boat; the name of the boat is the 'Island Hopper'.
- A cash bar serving snacks and drinks is available on the boat. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted at the bar.
- The provider reserves the right to alter the itinerary or change any of the stops depending on prevailing weather conditions, health and safety concerns, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
- If the trip is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, adverse sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund.
- Not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments.
- Not recommended for travellers who are prone to sea sickness.
