The market will be chosen according to the day of the week- Alba on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, Neive on Wednesdays and other charming towns on other days- where the rhythm of local life unfolds among stalls of seasonal produce. Here, an experienced chef will be your guide, helping you discover the finest local ingredients and teaching you how to recognise true quality — the kind that only comes from knowing the land and its seasons. Together, we’ll choose what to cook, letting the market itself inspire the menu.
From there, the adventure continues in a welcoming workshop in the heart of Alba, where the ingredients we’ve just gathered come to life. Side by side, we’ll cook three traditional courses, and as the aromas fill the kitchen, you’ll learn the techniques and stories that make Langhe cuisine so special — a true taste of Piedmont, made with your own hands.
The whole experience will be an opportunity to explore the history and culture of the Langhe through two of its cornerstones: cooking and food.
