We're a community of organic coffee and cacao producers in Huayopata, Quillabamba Valley, Cusco. We grow sustainably, preserving our traditions and sharing the true flavour of Peruvian coffee and chocolate with the world.
We invite you to get to know our work up close, from harvest to cup, and to enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature and the culture of coffee and cacao.

Option 1: 1-day tour

What will you experience on this tour?

✅ You will get to know our farm and the producers who grow coffee and cocoa in an artisanal way.
✅ You'll learn about the complete process: from sowing to harvesting.
✅ You'll take part in the selection and processing of coffee and cocoa (fermentation, drying, and roasting).
✅ You will enjoy a coffee tasting session with different preparation methods.
✅ You'll taste artisanal chocolate made by us.
✅ You'll have lunch with fresh, locally grown produce from the community.

Trip Itinerary:

7:00 AM - Depart from Cusco (optional)
10:00 AM - Arrival at the farm and welcome with coffee or chocolate
10:30 AM - Tour of the plantations and harvest (depending on the season)
12:00 PM - Lunch with products from the community
1:30 PM - Coffee and cacao processing: artisanal roasting and grinding
3:30 PM - Coffee tasting and chocolate tasting
5:00 PM - Return to Cusco or Quillabamba
