Day 1

Around 5:00 am, you will be picked up from your hotel, the airport, or another agreed location in Dar es Salaam and transferred to the train station to begin your journey to Mikumi.

You will arrive at Mikumi National Park around 9:00 in the morning, followed by a full-day game drive until 5:00 in the evening. After the safari, you will be taken to a lodge outside the park to relax and unwind.

Mikumi National Park, one of the largest in Tanzania, is an excellent spot for observing predators. The park is home to a wide range of bird species, along with abundant wildlife such as giraffes, buffaloes, and elephants. Around the waterholes, you may also encounter lions, leopards, and hippos. The landscape is characterised by miombo woodlands and gently rolling hills.

Day 2:
Breakfast and check out
You will drive to Morogoro train station to catch your train back to Dar es Salaam.
