On this excursion from Granada we will travel to the Lecrín Valley to visit an Arab mill where we will discover all the secrets of extra virgin olive oil. It will be a delight!
We will visit a traditional oil mill in the Lecrín Valley. Once there, we will learn about all the phases of the extra virgin olive oil production process.

We will see an old mill from the 15th century, we will learn how the different phases of the olive circuit are carried out.

We will conclude the visit with a tasting of two types of extra virgin olive oil. These Aoves will allow you to discover new sensations, flavours and aromas. In addition, we will prepare a salad dressing with vinegar, salts and flavoured oils, learning what the differences are between the different olive oils and which are the best for cooking each product.
