Your expert host will then introduce you to the session and guide you through the fascinating history of gin while explaining the fundamentals of botanical distillation.

You’ll explore the art of craft gin making as you’re introduced to a curated selection of 10 premium botanicals, learning how each one influences flavour, aroma, and balance. With expert guidance, you’ll create your own personalised gin recipe and take part in the hands-on distillation process. Your finished spirit is bottled into a 500ml bottle, and to complete the experience you’ll design and print a personalised label.

As an added bonus, your recipe will be stored by Daylesford Spirit Distillery, allowing you to reorder your unique gin anytime in the future. You’ll leave with your own handcrafted gin and a deeper appreciation for the creativity and craftsmanship behind every bottle.

After your class, relax at the cellar door and purchase a gin or whisky tasting flight, sampling some of the distillery’s finest spirits. You can also choose to buy a bottle of your favourite gin, whisky, or vodka to take home and complete your experience.
