Activity itinerary

Kazari-zushi is a type of traditional Japanese sushi that originated in the Edo period. It is made to add a festive touch to celebrations and special events. We can create kazari-zushi using a variety of colourful ingredients. The sushi decorations are then served in a Japanese-style room with a sunken kotatsu (sunken table) overlooking the garden. The room can accommodate up to 10 people.
