Itinerary
Day 1: Arequipa - Chivay
We will pick you up at your accommodation and depart for the Colca Valley. After a three-hour drive, we will stop at the Patapampa viewpoint, at 4,830 metres above sea level.
We will arrive in Chivay, a traditional village at 3,600 metres above sea level. In the afternoon, you will enjoy the thermal baths of La Calera and its medicinal properties.
At nightfall, you will experience an evening in the style of the Colca Valley, with a dinner that will include a show of typical dances.
Day 2: Chivay - Maca - Yanque - Arequipa
After breakfast, we will head to the Mirador de la Cruz del Condor, where you will observe the flight of the condors and the impressive Colca Canyon.
On the way back to Chivay, we will make stops in Maca, known for its church and traditions, and in Yanque, a charming valley village.
Free lunch in Chivay before returning to Arequipa, where the excursion will end around 5:00 p.m.
