Know before you book

  • For Ultimate Snorkel: Guests must be 6 years old and above to participate and all guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult(18 years and above).
  • For Dive Activity: Guests must be 10 years old and above to participate. If an adult does not participate in the experience with the minor below 18 years, the adult must ensure to be present upon entry and exit of the experience, having signed consent to Dive staff before the programme.
  • Taking pictures, filming and taking video is allowed. Also Atlantis professional photographers will take photos and you can buy them on additional cost end of your experience.
  • Guest must not fly or go beyond 300 metres or 1,000 feet for at least 12 hours after diving.
  • Once payment is successful, you will receive a voucher which you must provide to pre-book or check availability by reaching out to Contact Number: 009714 4260000 or send an email to DXB-LostChambers@atlantisdubai.com.
  • In the unlikely event of your requested dates not being available, our representatives will offer you alternative dates +/ - 1 day from your selected activity date. After your confirmation on new dates, our representative will send you your travel Booking Confirmation letter

What you can expect

At Atlantis, you can experience what it feels like to snorkel, dive or even walk underwater while you're surrounded by 65,000 marine animals. The best thing is that you don't have to be a certified diver for most of our aquarium experiences.

  • Ultimate Snorkel Experience -The Ultimate Snorkel is carried out in the Ambassador Lagoon where guests will be surrounded by over 65,000 marine animals of all shapes and sizes. This lagoon is located in the Lost Chambers Aquarium. You will receive an educational training prior to entering the lagoon to learn more about these fascinating creatures. Suitable for non-experienced swimmers aged six and up.

  • Atlantis Dive Discovery - The Lost Chambers offers the Atlantis Dive Discovery whereby a maximum group of 3 non-certified divers can dive in our largest open-air marine habitat; They are led by our dive leader and safety diver for a one of a kind dive experience. This activity is open to non-certified divers aged 10 years and up.

  • Atlantis Dive Explorer- The Lost Chambers offers the Atlantis Dive Explorer whereby a maximum group of 4 SCUBA certified divers can dive in the largest open-air marine habitat home to 65,000 marine animals. They are led by 3 of our expert dive team members. This is the perfect product for thrill seekers looking to live their dive experience to the fullest. An absolute must for all PADI certified divers.
